Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of virtual currency ("Essence of Hell" / "EoH") and related services on this platform. This policy complies with EU consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
1. Digital Goods Exception
EoH is a digital good delivered immediately upon purchase. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately when:
- You have given prior express consent to begin delivery immediately
- You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal
By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the EoH is credited to your account.
2. Technical Issues
If a purchase was not correctly credited due to a technical error, contact us immediately via our support ticket system for resolution.
3. Exceptions
Since EoH is a digital good delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available. Specifically, refunds will not be issued for:
- EoH that has been credited to your account (delivery completed)
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- EoH obtained through promotions, giveaways, or admin grants
- Fraudulent purchase activity
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. Please use our support ticket system first for faster resolution.
