Two custom AI bots are now running in the community Discord — and they couldn't be more different from each other.
Rascal (prefix: !) is the chaotic one. Unpredictable, loud, and occasionally useful. He responds to messages, generates images, searches the web, and has a memory that persists across conversations. Don't trust him with anything important.
Halcyon (prefix: ~) is the calm counterpart. Measured, thoughtful, and considerably more reliable. Same capabilities, completely different energy.
Both bots are powered by a local Ollama LLM instance (llama3.1:8b) and support image generation via Stable Diffusion.
Available commands include:
- /setup_r / /setup_h — configure channels per bot
- /remember_r — teach the bot something
- /search_r — web search via SearXNG
- /summarize_r — summarise recent chat
- /reddit_r — monitor subreddits and post updates to Discord
