All in-game currencies, items, factions, characters, and levels are provided as-is under a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use inside the game. They have no monetary value. We may change, remove, or reset them at any time.
If the game offers paid goods, the specific terms of sale, refunds, and right of withdrawal will be shown at checkout. EU consumers: you acknowledge that digital content delivered instantly cannot be withdrawn once performance has begun (Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive).
All game assets, code, logos, and brand elements remain our property or that of our licensors. You may stream gameplay and make non-commercial fan content; commercial reuse requires written permission.
The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the mandatory law applicable to you (this especially includes Dutch consumer law if you reside in the Netherlands).
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-game. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
